Do I have to download an app?

While IdentiSafe does offer both an Android and Apple iOS application, these apps are entirely optional. They are not required.

Do I need the app?

No, you don't need to install any additional software on your device. Our app simply allows you to access your Dashboard quickly & easily from your favorite mobile device.

The IdentiSafe Dashboard can also be accessed from any computer, phone, or tablet with internet access. You can view your Dashboard from any browser of your choice. Once you enter all of your information, no further action is required.

Alerts will be sent to your e-mail or phone, depending on your personal preference.
