How to set up SMS Text Alerts

You can choose to receive alerts by e-mail, by phone, or both. We recommend setting up SMS Text Alerts on your cell phone, so you will be notified immediately if we find any breaches.

SMS Text Alerts

After setting up SMS Alerts, our system will automatically send a text message to your cell phone to notify you of any potential threats. This allows you to take action immediately if you think one of your accounts has been compromised.

This feature is entirely optional. You will still receive standard alerts on your Dashboard, just as you would normally.

Note: Mobile messaging & data rates may apply, depending on your cellular provider.

Getting Started

Start by registering your phone number with our SMS Alerts system:

First, sign in to your Account Dashboard by visiting the link below:

Select the Alerts tab at the top of this page, then press the Manage SMS button:

Type your phone number in the box provided, then press Subscribe:

Tip: Don't forget to check the box labeled I authorize the sending of text message alerts and notifications to my phone.

That's it! You will now receive text messages on your cell phone if we find any breaches.

Note: You can disable SMS Alerts at any time, by clicking the Unsubscribe button on the Manage SMS screen.
