How do I change my e-mail address?

This article instructs you on how to change the e-mail address associated with your IdentiSafe account.

Manage Account

Follow the instructions below to change your e-mail address. You must already know your existing e-mail first in order to change it.

Tip: If you forgot your e-mail address, contact us and we will be able to recover it for you.

First, sign in to your Account Dashboard by visiting the link below:

Click your name at the top of this page and select My Profile, if it is not selected already:
Select the Personal Data tab, then enter your new e-mail address inside the Email field:
Note: Make sure to enter a valid e-mail address, or we will be unable to contact you.

Finally, press the Update Profile button to save your details.
