How do I sign up (Individual or Family)?

Signing up couldn't be easier. Just head over to identisafe.com/plans to get started. Remember, all of our Individual and Family plans come with a 30-day free trial.

You can cancel your account at any time during your 30-day free trial period, and you will not be billed when your trial ends.

Signing Up

Here are some detailed instructions to get you going:

1: Visit our Pricing page in any browser. We recommend signing up on your laptop or desktop computer to make things a little easier.
2: The first thing you will be asked to do is choose your plan. We recommend choosing one of our Family plans to make sure your whole family is protected.

Tip: You can also choose to pay annually to maximize your savings.
3: Once you've chosen your plan, you will need to enter your login information.
This will be your e-mail address and password to log in from all of your devices.
4: Now it's time to choose your payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal). Remember, you won't be billed for 30 days, and you can choose to cancel at any time.

We just need to verify your payment information to keep spammers and hackers out, ensuring that our network remains secure for our valued customers just like you.
5: Once you hit Continue, the system will process your order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail to your inbox.

Note: Please make sure to click the Verify Email button in the e-mail that is sent to you.
6: That's it! You are now ready to take advantage of all of the services we offer.

Additional Notes

Remember, all of our new users are automatically enrolled in our 30-day free trial. That means a full 30 days to evaluate our service, as well as no payments for 30 days.

There are no contracts, and you can cancel at any time before the 30-day trial is up. Please note that a valid payment method is required to activate your free trial.
